About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled AI Python Developer with strong experience in backend development and hands-on exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.You will be responsible for building scalable AI-powered applications such as intelligent assistants, chatbots, and data-driven platforms using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable backend systems and AI-powered applications
Build and deploy LLM-based applications (chatbots, copilots, document AI, etc.)
Implement RAG pipelines using LangChain or similar frameworks
Develop REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask for AI services
Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.) and embedding models
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into applications
Build data pipelines for preprocessing and model workflows
Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization techniques
Ensure performance, scalability, and cost optimization of AI systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for architecture and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–6 years of experience in Python/backend development
At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI
Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
Experience with LLMs, LangChain, RAG, and prompt engineering
Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure (certification is a plus)
Understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and deployment practices
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LLM fine-tuning or advanced prompt strategies
Knowledge of MLOps tools and workflows
Experience with Kubernetes or serverless architecture
Familiarity with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails
Experience building production-scale AI systems
