Description
You will lead the Agentic AI-led Quality Engineering transformation, defining the roadmap and implementing hands-on AI-driven solutions. You will architect and build autonomous test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent analytics, and synthetic data systems using LLMs. You will integrate these capabilities into existing CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and evaluate next-gen QE platforms. As a player-coach, you will write code, build proofs of concept, and scale them into production-ready frameworks. You will collaborate with engineering and business leadership to communicate progress and value.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the current QE landscape and drive a comprehensive Agentic AI transformation roadmap.
- Design and implement autonomous test generation, self-healing automation, and defect prediction models.
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to modernize the testing ecosystem.
- Build proofs of concept and scalable accelerators for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical outcomes and strategic value.
Required Skills
- 14+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or SDET roles.
- Proven expertise with Agentic AI and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Cursor.
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, multi-agent systems, and specific tools like Claude Code.
- Expertise in modern automation tools including Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Strong grasp of API testing, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD integration.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP in the context of AI and testing.
- Ability to build POCs from scratch and scale them into production-ready frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with intelligent analytics and automated triaging systems.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
