Description
You will lead the transformation of Quality Engineering through Agentic AI, defining the roadmap and implementing hands-on solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current QE landscapes and drive an Agentic AI-led transformation strategy.
- Design autonomous test generation using LLMs and self-healing automation frameworks.
- Develop intelligent analytics for defect prediction, automated triaging, and synthetic data generation.
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows to accelerate delivery.
- Evaluate next-gen platforms, build POCs, and scale them into production-ready frameworks.
Required Skills
- 10–14 years of experience in Quality Engineering or SDET, leading enterprise-scale transformations.
- Proven expertise with Agentic AI and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Cursor).
- Specific knowledge of Claude Code and its application in development and testing workflows.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and multi-agent systems applied to Quality Engineering.
- Expertise in modern automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Strong grasp of API testing, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in the context of AI and testing.
- Ability to build POCs from scratch and scale them into production.
Preferred Skills
- Experience acting as a player-coach, contributing directly to code while architecting strategy.
- Exceptional ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
