You will design and execute testing strategies to validate the accuracy, performance, and reliability of AI models and systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies for AI models, including deep learning, ML, NLP, and chatbots.
• Automate testing processes to streamline quality assurance workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitor test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure models operate efficiently under various workloads and conditions.
• Document testing processes, methodologies, and results while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Hands-on experience testing AI-based applications.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTest.
• Experience with Selenium and JMeter.
• Knowledge of applications hosted in public clouds such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Strong analytical, technical, and business problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
