Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy for AI models and systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases to evaluate AI model accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Automate testing processes to streamline quality assurance workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define testing requirements.
• Monitor test results, identify defects, and drive resolution with the development team.
• Conduct performance and load testing to validate response time SLAs and handle edge cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Automation Tester.
• Expertise in AI product testing, specifically LLM testing.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong background in API testing and automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Proven track record in performance and load testing.
• Solid foundation in general Quality Assurance principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing large language models in production environments.
• Familiarity with advanced performance profiling tools.
