AI Quality Engineering Lead – Agentic AI & GenAI

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an AI Quality Engineering Lead – Agentic AI & GenAI on behalf of our client in New York, NY. This is a hands-on technical leadership opportunity focused on transforming Quality Engineering and software testing through enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Quality Engineering and test automation expertise with hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent architectures. The role will focus on building production-ready AI solutions, reusable frameworks and accelerators, and scalable AI-enabled testing capabilities across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-powered Quality Engineering solutions and testing capabilities.

Build and deploy Agentic AI, LLM, RAG, and multi-agent solutions for software testing and engineering.

Develop reusable AI agents, frameworks, libraries, accelerators, and reference architectures.

Design AI/ML solution architectures with a focus on scalability, security, integrations, and governance.

Establish AI evaluation, observability, Responsible AI, and Human-in-the-Loop controls.

Integrate AI solutions with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and enterprise engineering environments.

Drive AI-enabled improvements across the SDLC, Quality Engineering, and test automation practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and technology teams to support enterprise adoption of AI capabilities.

Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience across Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, Test Automation, AI/ML, or enterprise technology delivery.

3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solution
