Lead the development and governance of AI-ready data frameworks at scale, ensuring data is trusted, secure, and AI-consumable.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of AI-Ready Data frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility for AI consumption.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams across Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Management functions.
• Architect and build automated data preparation systems using AI-driven solutions and agents.
• Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.
• Establish comprehensive data observability, monitoring, and governance frameworks across the entire data lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering and data management.
• Strong expertise in Data Integration and Data Governance practices.
• Hands-on proficiency with AWS, Snowflake, and Informatica tools.
• Proven experience in people management and leading technical teams.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and complex architectures.
• Practical exposure to Gen AI, LLM Ops, or Agentic AI concepts.
• Strong understanding of data quality metrics and observability frameworks.
• Experience working in healthcare or biopharmaceutical environments is preferred.
