You will design and deploy large-scale generative AI models using advanced transformer architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy large-scale generative AI models using PyTorch.
• Implement complex neural network architectures, including multi-layer transformers and custom activation functions like SwiGLU.
• Apply advanced machine learning techniques such as fine-tuning, regularization, and model interpretability.
• Research and integrate the latest developments in NLP and generative AI into practical applications.

Required Skills

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with an NLP focus.
• 8+ years of experience in AI research and development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with transformer architectures and NLP applications.
• Deep proficiency in PyTorch, including internal mechanisms and optimization techniques.
• Expertise in handling complex neural networks and SwiGLU activation functions.
• Strong background in both theoretical and applied aspects of AI.
• Proven track record of building and deploying generative AI models.

Preferred Skills

• Published research or active contributions to open-source AI projects related to transformers and NLP.
• Experience with cloud-based AI model deployment on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
