Description

You will conduct applied research to advance AI/ML systems for mobility services.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions advancing AI/ML systems for mobility services.
• Conduct research in Agentic AI, covering agent design, orchestration, tool integration, and communication protocols.
• Research AI safety and alignment topics.
• Identify research gaps and propose solutions to improve agent-based system performance and reliability.
• Prototype frameworks and algorithms in Python using tools like AutoGen, Lang Chain, or custom layers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of research experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Safety and Alignment.
• Research experience with Foundation Models (LLMs, VLMs, etc.), including fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Ability to define research problems, acquire data, and document findings via writing and presentations.
