Description

You will develop and enhance AI-driven translation services, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of ML features from research to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver and improve AI features.
• Develop, train, and optimize AI models, including fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
• Assess and integrate new technologies, tools, and infrastructure to evolve cloud-based functionalities.
• Execute enterprise-grade development with a focus on security, compliance, and robust ML algorithms.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software or AI engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with NLP libraries: PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, or scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying and optimizing AI models on hyperscalers (Azure or AWS).
• Background in Natural Language Processing, preferably with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with experiment tracking and model evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance standards for AI workloads.
