Description

You will lead Agile processes for an AI-focused team to drive continuous delivery and self-organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach the team on Agile principles while removing impediments to progress.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine user stories and prioritize the backlog.
• Maintain transparency by managing the Scrum board and tracking team metrics.
• Shield the team from external interruptions and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Deep understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Trello.
• Proven ability to facilitate conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Strong experience coaching teams toward self-organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or PSM certification.
