Description

You will own the security posture for AI systems across our infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build secure AI access layers in Python for internal and service-to-service interactions.
• Develop agent safety patterns, evaluation pipelines, and automated guardrails within CI/CD.
• Implement and operate GCP security controls, including VPC-SC, Secret Manager, IAM, and SCC.
• Hardened data pipelines for integrity, lineage, and access control.
• Automate policy-as-code for environment isolation and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and AI security mitigation techniques.
• Experience with Policy-as-Code.
• Familiarity with Purview, DLP, and Conditional Access.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent safety patterns and evaluation pipelines.
