Description

You will design and develop the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework to ensure LLM prompt responses comply with enterprise standards, building secure AI agents and integrating them with internal knowledge repositories.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI/ML agents to translate queries and interact with internal knowledge repositories.
• Implement secure, policy-aligned prompt engineering and pre-processing logic for LLM inputs and outputs.
• Optimize AI models for responsiveness, reliability, and performance in a secure environment.
• Contribute to the full SDLC, including remediation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with AI teams and stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong development experience in Python and either Java or .NET (C#).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, including LLMs like Gemini or ChatGPT.
• Experience building AI agents and complex AI/ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, response handling, and query customization.
• Expertise in software development best practices (version control, testing, secure coding).
• Understanding of performance optimization and compliance integration in AI systems.
• Experience working within regulated enterprise environments with policy compliance focus.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes.
