Description

You will secure enterprise AI platforms and tooling, with primary ownership of Palo Alto Prisma AIRS. You partner with security architecture, cloud, and engineering teams to enable safe, scalable AI adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration of AI platforms, SaaS applications, and automation workflows into Palo Alto Prisma AIRS for comprehensive visibility.
• Configure, tune, and maintain Prisma AIRS policies and detections to maximize signal quality and reduce false positives.
• Monitor AI runtime activity and security posture, identifying risks related to data access, agent behavior, and misconfigurations.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to remediate AI security findings, providing clear guidance and operational support.
• Develop and maintain AI security operations runbooks, response playbooks, and KPIs to measure control effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, cloud operations, or platform operations.
• 2+ years of experience operating or supporting AI platforms, AI-enabled SaaS applications, or security monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms in AWS and/or GCP.
• Experience automating or scripting operational tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong understanding of identity, access control, APIs, logging, and monitoring within cloud and SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to drive remediation efforts and track/report progress to technical and leadership stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating AI security or runtime monitoring platforms such as Palo Alto Prisma AIRS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, TrueFoundry, n8n, Glean, or AI services in AWS (Bedrock) or GCP (Vertex AI).
