You will serve as a strategic advisor to client CxOs, aligning business strategies with AI capabilities and industry trends.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored AI solutions that address specific client requirements and business challenges.
• Conduct process assessments to identify high-impact areas for AI implementation.
• Oversee AI project lifecycles to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Guide clients through organizational change management and AI adoption processes.
• Articulate the value proposition, risks, and ROI of proposed AI solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in process transformation using AI or other advanced technologies.
• Deep understanding of LLM and Generative AI.
• Functional knowledge of AI/ML technology capabilities and limitations.
• Experience with various Process Automation frameworks and technologies.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and their application in process design.
• Strong background in proposal development and visual articulation.
• Ability to visualize AI applications across diverse business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Background in change management methodologies.
