You will act as a technical expert for SimAI products, bridging the gap between customer requirements and product development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop product specifications by collaborating with customers and application engineers to define emerging requirements.
• Implement scripts for integrated workflows and develop non-standard workflows to extend platform capabilities.
• Test alpha features and provide rapid feedback loops to the product development team.
• Perform technical product demonstrations and presentations for both entry-level and expert audiences.
• Provide guidance to application engineers and customers on deploying advanced AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5 years of combined experience in Machine Learning, engineering, or computer aided engineering (CAE) simulations.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Commercial experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or MXNet.
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
• Experience with Docker and Jira.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex technical workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical evangelism.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial experience in AI software design, including model architecture, training, and production.
• Experience with full end-to-end simulation processes from geometry design to post-processing.
• Experience delivering high-quality support for large-scale commercial software.
