You will lead technical solution delivery and project management for AI and marketing technology initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication for technology delivery.
• Lead technical solution design and implementation for AI and automation platforms.
• Drive process improvement and automation strategies within financial services environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform enablement and digital transformation.
• Oversee daily operations of enterprise platforms including Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, and Jira.

Required Skills

• 4-year degree and PMP Certification.
• 8+ years of experience in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or Technology Delivery.
• 5+ years in Marketing Technology, Digital Transformation, or AI Transformation.
• 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services or Banking domain.
• 3+ years managing Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, CRM, or DAM platforms.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Microsoft 365.
• Strong background in Business Analysis and Process Improvement.
