You will own the reliability and operationalization of AI developer tools within the engineering environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure AI Code Assistant tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, Codex), handling onboarding, policy configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Build automation scripts using Python or Bash to streamline reporting, data collection, and platform operations.
• Assist with basic DevOps platform tasks involving GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and similar tooling.
• Monitor usage patterns, adoption metrics, and performance indicators for deployed AI developer tools.
• Provide clear documentation, FAQs, and quick start guides to support enterprise-wide adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Copilot.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation tasks.
• Working knowledge of Git workflows and GitHub.
• Ability to interact with and utilize REST APIs for querying and reporting.
• Familiarity with AWS or basic containerization concepts (Docker).
• Experience supporting developer teams and gathering technical requirements.
