Description

You will enhance and maintain an AI-driven web application chatbot hosted on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Extend chatbot functionality using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Kendra, and AWS Comprehend.
• Refactor APIs and backend logic using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and AWS CDK.
• Improve front-end UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Resolve security vulnerabilities and SAST findings to meet FedRAMP compliance.
• Implement real-time responsiveness using WebSockets and optimize performance via CloudFront and DynamoDB.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development experience focusing on AWS-based applications.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (Node.js or TypeScript).
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, CDK, and Cognito.
• Hands-on work with DynamoDB and CloudFront.
• Knowledge of implementing authentication and authorization via Amazon Cognito.
• Ability to address static code analysis findings and security vulnerabilities.
• Experience working in Agile environments alongside DevOps and UX/UI teams.

Preferred Skills

• Ensuring accessibility compliance with ADA and WCAG standards.
• Triage production support feedback and monitor tool reliability during roll-outs.
