Description

You will design and build secure, efficient AI agents across multiple modalities, integrating them into the ecosystem for tasks like real-time query handling and automated workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own a portion of the AI agent codebase, focusing on quality, performance, and cross-modality integration.
• Form data contracts using protobuf or APIs with partner teams for scalable AI feature implementation.
• Develop diverse agent interfaces and integrate them with knowledge bases and transactional systems using RAG techniques.
• Write documentation and review code from team members to ensure robust handling of edge cases.
• Apply first principles thinking to optimize AI processes, such as refining RAG pipelines for better accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience shipping secure, scalable AI applications, focusing on agent-based systems across modalities.
• Hands-on experience with Python for AI development, including building and integrating RAG systems.
• Proficiency with LangChain, FAISS, and knowledge base retrieval patterns.
• Excellent knowledge of modern programming languages, including Python and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating with transactional systems (e.g., PostgreSQL or APIs for real-time data).
• Experience designing and implementing multi-modal agents (voice, text, etc.).
• Ability to grasp new AI concepts quickly and apply them practically.
