You will architect and develop resilient, scalable software products incorporating AI capabilities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI integration patterns, including Generative AI and agentic architectures.
• Contribute to technical roadmap planning by evaluating emerging tools and frameworks.
• Define and promote engineering standards and architectural guidelines.
• Review designs, code, and architectural decisions for quality and adherence to standards.
• Own product outcomes and delivery quality, providing accurate effort estimates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• 6+ years designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Expert-level experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience architecting cloud-native, distributed, scalable systems.
• Proficiency with relational (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Neo4j) databases.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Familiarity with message brokers or event streaming (RabbitMQ, GCP Pub/Sub).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI platforms like Google Vertex AI Agent Builder or LangChain.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics (Google BigQuery).
