Description

You will lead the technical solutioning process for AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Define the architectural vision and roadmap for AI solutions within the Healthcare IT domain.
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate the feasibility and value of proposed AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to provide technical guidance and mentorship throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure all AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with HIPAA and other Healthcare IT regulations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development or architecture.
• Significant focus on AI and machine learning implementation.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with various AI algorithms and models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Previous experience in the Healthcare IT domain.
