Description

Lead the technical solutioning for AI projects, defining end-to-end architecture from data ingestion through deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure AI solutions compliant with HIPAA and Healthcare IT regulations.
• Define architectural vision and roadmap for AI initiatives within the Healthcare domain.
• Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate feasibility and business value.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain architecture documentation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development or architecture.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Proven experience implementing AI algorithms and models at scale.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong grasp of architectural standards and alignment with business objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Previous experience in the Healthcare IT domain.
