You will architect and deploy AI solutions for enterprise customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy agents for enterprise customers using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIs.
• Provide architectural guidance to system integrators to prevent issues during solution builds.
• Identify product gaps and represent customer needs to the product team.
• Guide junior developers across onshore and offshore teams and maintain stakeholder status reports.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in software solution engineering, including 5+ years as an Architect, Lead, or Principal.
• Proven track record driving AI solutions from inception to implementation in enterprise settings.
• Expertise in RAG architectures, LLM application design, prompting, orchestration, and tool use.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI Service, and LLM APIs.
• Proficiency in Azure AI Search, vector search, hybrid retrieval, and custom scoring.
• Experience with MLOps, Microsoft technologies, and Azure PaaS.
• Solid grounding in security compliance, Entra ID, VNET, and Key Vault encryption.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RFP response, solutioning, proposal authoring, and customer workshops.
• Ability to publish white papers, blogs, and best practice guides to scale platform knowledge.
