Description

Design and own end-to-end AI solutions from proof of concept through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect RAG systems, LLM applications, vector search, and AI pipelines.
• Build and deploy solutions using Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Azure ML, and Cognitive Services.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and adherence to Responsible AI practices.
• Lead RFPs, solutioning efforts, estimations, and client workshops.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in RAG architectures, LLMs, and AI solution design.
• Hands-on proficiency with the Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure ML and Cognitive Services.
• Full-stack capability with Microsoft technologies: .NET, Azure, DevOps, and SQL/Cosmos DB.
• Professional proficiency in Python.
• Experience in presales, architecture design, and technical delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years of software engineering or architecture experience.
