Description

Lead the architectural design and production deployment of AI-driven solutions across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions integrating machine learning and NLP technologies.
• Lead the architecture and deployment of AI models into production environments.
• Develop AI governance frameworks covering ethics and bias mitigation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to identify AI use cases.
• Present AI strategies and solutions to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in software architecture and AI solutions.
• Deep experience in machine learning and data science.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Strong programming skills in Python and R.
• Extensive experience deploying AI solutions at scale using MLOps practices.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and data science teams.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions.
