Description

You will design and architect complex systems transitioning from API-first to AI-first enterprise models.

Responsibilities

• Architect Gen AI solutions incorporating RAG, chain frameworks, vector database searches, embeddings, and Agentic AI.
• Design distributed computing architectures addressing race conditions, parallelism, and concurrency control.
• Design REST APIs that prioritize developer experience and simplify system integration.
• Facilitate technical meetings with stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system design and development.
• Architectural expertise with GCP, Azure, and AWS (native, cloud-agnostic, and container offerings).
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI frameworks, Agentic AI, and Vector DBs.
• Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing messaging/streaming systems using Kafka.
• Deep understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, normalization, sharding, and data-centric patterns.
• Experience with cloud/SaaS systems integration and distributed computing.
• Strong grasp of design patterns and distributed caching solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI agent interoperability standards like Model Context Protocol or Agent2Agent.
• Expertise in Salesforce AgentForce and Contact Center technology (Salesforce, Five9).
