Description

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across business and IT use cases.

Design multimodal and OCR-plus-LLM document extraction solutions with traceable results, confidence scoring, and manual-validation paths.

Build and enhance RAG-based enterprise search, knowledge assistants, and repository Q&A solutions with preferred source links.

Develop phased self-healing / incident-assistance PoCs, beginning with solution identification and controlled human feedback.

Design secure Python and Azure-based prototypes; evaluate agent frameworks, sandboxing options, APIs, and integration patterns.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems such as SAP, ServiceNow, RPA, data lakes, SQL, and BigQuery where applicable.

Guide PoCs toward production readiness through scalable architecture, API design, performance engineering, monitoring, testing, and documentation.

Conduct stakeholder workshops, clarify requirements, recommend feasible approaches, communicate trade-offs, and shape an AI adoption roadmap.

Mentor engineers, establish reusable patterns, and promote responsible AI, governance, guardrails, and delivery best practices
