Job description:

• 12+ years in software/solution engineering with 5+ years in Architect/Lead roles
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise AI/GenAI solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI Service, RAG architectures, LLMs, and AI orchestration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and M365 integrations
• Experience building AI agents and automation solutions using Copilot APIs, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI Search, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, API Management, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, and DevOps
• Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, solution architecture, customer workshops, and stakeholder management
• Ability to lead onshore/offshore teams and mentor junior developers
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
