Description

Design and deliver enterprise AI and GenAI solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI Service, and RAG architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI agents and automation solutions using Copilot APIs, Power Platform, and Azure AI Services.
• Design enterprise solutions integrating Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) with M365.
• Implement Azure infrastructure including Azure AI Search, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, API Management, Cosmos DB, and Service Bus.
• Lead pre-sales activities, RFPs, solution architecture, and customer workshops while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor junior developers and lead onshore/offshore engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in software/solution engineering, including 5+ years in Architect or Lead roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI Service, LLMs, and AI orchestration.
• Hands-on expertise in RAG architectures and AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Azure AI Search, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, and DevOps.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage onshore/offshore delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, and solution architecture.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
