Description

You will architect and implement generative AI solutions on Azure, guiding teams through technical design and governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy hybrid cloud solutions using Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, and Cognitive Search.
• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps pipelines to manage model lifecycle and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and drive consensus on complex designs.
• Deliver upskilling sessions and provide hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years dedicated to Azure.
• Hands-on expertise with Python and PySpark for data engineering and processing.
• Deep understanding of Gen AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering patterns.
• Experience with Azure Studio, Azure Factory, and vector databases.
• Proven track record in MLOps/LLMOps practices and model customization.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing shifts and coordinating distributed teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale data processing and governance frameworks.
