Description

You will architect end-to-end AI solutions for nonprofit organizations, translating their operational challenges into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient intelligent systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI roadmaps and solution architectures tailored for nonprofit use cases including fundraising, volunteer engagement, and impact measurement.
• Architect and guide the implementation of AI/ML models, NLP/LLM applications, automation workflows, and predictive analytics.
• Oversee data preparation, feature engineering, and integration with CRM/ERP/NPSP platforms alongside engineering teams.
• Partner with nonprofit leaders to conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate AI value.
• Advise on data governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI practices while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, AI/ML Engineering, or Advanced Data/Cloud Architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, GenAI, NLP, ML platforms, vector databases, and cloud AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong experience designing integrations, APIs, MLOps, and scalable AI architectures.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP/NPSP platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
