Description

You design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance data conversion processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions to automate core data conversion workflows.
• Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to drive process innovation.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models for accuracy and reliability.
• Deploy AI solutions in adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to create integrated systems.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of technical implementation experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/NodeJS, and .NET Framework/Core C#.
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-Learn.
• Skilled in data manipulation using Pandas or NumPy for preprocessing.
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers).
• Experience designing scalable AI systems with API and microservices patterns.
• Familiarity with Git and DevOps principles for model deployment.
• Experience deploying ML models on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry and related compliance standards.
• Experience with reporting tools: Splunk, SSRS, Cognos, and Power BI.
