Description

You will design, prototype, and deliver intelligent solutions leveraging GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based technologies to transform advisor workflows and operational efficiency.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact use cases for GenAI and agent-based systems in collaboration with business teams.
• Architect and prototype solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Build and integrate autonomous agents for multi-step tasks across CRM and data platforms.
• Deploy and maintain GenAI applications, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions for organizational adoption.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen).
• Strong systems design and solution architecture skills.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript; experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps.
• Experience with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of AI evaluation metrics, interpretability, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, TLS).
