Description

Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions for Finance Ops and ERP AMS processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for Finance Ops and ERP AMS workflows.
• Develop LLM and agentic workflows using LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Lead RAG pipelines and embedding design using Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Integrate AI solutions with Oracle, SAP, and Finance Ops systems via APIs and OIC.
• Build and optimize prompt chains for autonomous agents while ensuring governance and auditability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Expertise with LLM frameworks including LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
• Strong experience consuming LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Mistral.
• Experience developing agentic AI and automation systems.
• Proficiency in API development.
• Experience with Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS for embedding design.
• Ability to translate business pain points into technical AI use cases.
