Create and maintain a comprehensive framework outlining policies, processes, and procedures for solution development and management.
Establish clear accountability and decision-making structures to ensure effective governance of solutions.
Communicate, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and technology partners, to drive solution standards.
Translate complex business needs into AI-enabled product requirements in partnership with Data Science and Engineering teams.
Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML and Generative AI use cases that improve key performance metrics such as conversion rates, decision speed, and personalization.
What's Needed?
8–10 years of experience in Product or Solution Management roles.
Proven experience in developing and monitoring product governance frameworks with KPI tracking.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, API integrations, and technical acumen.
Experience leading large-scale programs and establishing new processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
