Description

You will own the solution development framework, governance structures, and AI/ML product lifecycle for the Phoenix office.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive policies, processes, and procedures for solution development and management.
• Establish clear accountability and decision-making structures to ensure effective governance of AI-enabled solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into AI product requirements in partnership with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI/ML and Generative AI use cases that improve conversion rates, decision speed, and personalization.
• Communicate and collaborate with executives, product teams, and technology partners to drive solution standards.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Product or Solution Management roles.
• Proven experience in developing and monitoring product governance frameworks with KPI tracking.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and API integrations.
• Experience leading large-scale programs and establishing new processes.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical acumen with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI technologies.
