You will design and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize user experiences across distributed systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Extend and refactor existing system capabilities to ensure AI compatibility.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Salesforce Agent Force 2.0.
• Architect streaming data integrations using Kafka.
• Leverage GCP to deploy and manage generative AI solutions.
• Audit and explore AI bot response patterns to ensure quality user interactions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end AI projects.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Kafka for data streaming and integration.
• Strong technical background in Java.
• Proven ability to work with Generative AI technologies.
• Experience working within healthcare, finance, or insurance verticals.
