Description

Lead the architectural governance and design of AI-driven capabilities within the backend ecosystem, bridging CRM, ERP, and iPaaS layers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the structural integrity of AI integrations across Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, and NetSuite.
• Design seamless workflows between CRM, ERP, and iPaaS (MuleSoft/Workato) using REST, GraphQL, and Event Streaming.
• Deploy production-grade LLM-powered workflows, predictive analytics, or Agentic AI systems.
• Translate complex AI architectures into clear roadmaps for executive stakeholders and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or Systems Integration.
• Proven expertise across CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), ERP (SAP/NetSuite), and iPaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with production-grade AI, including RAG, Agentic systems, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Strong proficiency with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with AI privacy controls and secure SDLC practices.
