Description

You will architect and govern Azure-based AI solutions, combining 12+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Generative AI and LLMs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement hybrid and cloud-native AI solutions on Azure.
• Fine-tune and customize pretrained LLMs, deploying generative models in production.
• Lead prompt engineering efforts using Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and Vector Databases.
• Manage and govern technical teams, guiding stakeholders to consensus on complex technical decisions.
• Deliver upskilling sessions and drive MLOps/LLMOps best practices.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years hands-on with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing and model integration.
• Deep understanding of Gen AI, LLM patterns, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with Azure Studio and Azure Factory environments.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps pipelines.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and technical governance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required by project needs.
