You will design and lead the implementation of AI-enhanced test automation strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for AI-driven test automation strategies.
• Propose scalable QA improvements using existing toolsets.
• Evaluate and optimize manual and automated testing pipelines.
• Develop methods to enhance test coverage with minimal manual intervention.
• Consult onsite with stakeholders to align testing strategies with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing or architecting AI-enabled testing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with qTest and TOSCA.
• Proven ability to integrate AI with QA processes to improve regression testing efficiency.
• Experience applying AI tools to automate and scale test case generation.
• Practical experience leveraging Machine Learning or NLP to enhance QA decision-making.
• Expertise in analyzing and optimizing enterprise testing pipelines.
• Ability to present technical strategies and real-world AI testing use cases.
• Any graduate degree.
