Description

You will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and GenAI workflows to solve complex business problems.

You will own the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical AI/ML solutions, including chatbots, summarizers, and document automation tools.
• Lead full-cycle development from data ingestion and preprocessing to production deployment and model validation.
• Build and optimize GenAI workflows using APIs, Azure AI tools, and Copilot Studio.
• Apply MLOps practices for model versioning, monitoring, performance tracking, and scaling.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to manage model training, fine-tuning, and feedback loops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries including scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GenAI implementation.
• Experience managing the full AI/ML model lifecycle, including data prep, training, and tuning.
• Working knowledge of MLOps practices and model governance.
• Proficiency with APIs and integration pipelines.
• Experience with Pandas, Spark, and SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain and building scalable GenAI integration pipelines.
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
