Responsibilities

• Build AI/ML prototypes using Python to solve specific domain problems.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply an experimental, data-driven approach to testing LLM architectures and capabilities.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, research, and industry trends to improve system performance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML prototyping.
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture and capabilities.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with real-world data and complex problem sets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP tasks including NER, Summarization, QA, and Information Retrieval.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, orchestration, and MLOps.
• Understanding of model lifecycle, context handling, and pipeline optimization.
