What's the Job?

• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to facilitate the delivery of complex automation solutions.
• Support the alignment of Intelligent Automation (IA) needs with overall business and technology strategies.
• Develop automation analysis and design methodologies, ensuring rapid implementation aligned with enterprise standards.
• Work directly with subject matter experts to understand business processes and translate them into clear user stories for automation deployment.
• Support automation testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Experience in supporting offshore automation support teams.
• Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms.
• Proficiency in leading and collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement AI workflows using platforms like LangChain, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etc.
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and security.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development
