Define and deliver complex AI automation solutions by bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Align Intelligent Automation strategies with overall business and technology goals.
• Translate business processes into clear user stories and automation designs for engineering teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI workflows using orchestration platforms.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, product demonstrations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure rapid implementation of automation solutions while maintaining enterprise standards and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for AI/ML systems.
• Deep understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency with LangChain, Google Agent Space, and MS Copilot Studio.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in regulated environments with a focus on security and compliance.
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development lifecycles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to support and collaborate with offshore automation teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing automation analysis and design methodologies.
• Background in leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex automation projects.
