You will identify, design, and implement AI, ML, and RPA solutions to optimize transport planning, operations, and customer service.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic studies and feasibility analyses to identify value in predictive maintenance, passenger flow, and demand forecasting.
• Design, develop, and deliver pilot projects, proofs of concept, and full-scale implementations.
• Advise internal teams and clients on strategic AI and RPA opportunities by translating technical possibilities into business benefits.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and transport experts to design cost-effective, technically sound solutions.
• Support solution adoption through training, workshops, documentation, and change management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience applying AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics to practical problems.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Pandas, and NumPy.
• Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning concepts.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and familiarity with tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with data management techniques including cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Urban Mobility, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience in a consulting or advisory capacity within the transport, mobility, or smart city sectors.
