Description

You will lead the identification and deployment of high-value Generative AI use cases, advising cross-functional teams on integrating AI-driven solutions to optimize operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects from concept through to deployment across the organization.
• Advise cross-functional teams on integrating AI-powered solutions to optimize operations.
• Develop and implement practical business applications utilizing LLMs and multimodal AI.
• Drive AI adoption and manage change across technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or NLP.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, transformer architectures, and generative AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and RAG techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI).
• Knowledge of vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and AI ethics (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
