Description

Design, deploy, and maintain AI solutions that optimize business processes and drive decision-making. You will own the end-to-end model lifecycle, from data preparation to production deployment, while collaborating with stakeholders to define high-value use cases and technical roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python or R, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and gather technical requirements.
• Prepare datasets, select appropriate algorithms, and validate model accuracy before deployment.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends to inform strategic innovation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R for data science and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data tools including Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) or Azure Machine Learning.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills.
• Ability to create data visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI innovation programs or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong change management and organizational readiness assessment skills.
