Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from concept and design through to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and data constraints.
• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI systems, including RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, embeddings, and fine-tuned models.
• Develop and maintain production-grade data pipelines, system integrations, and scalable workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in real-world customer environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proven experience building GenAI applications (RAG, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning workflows).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain.
• Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing or technical engagement roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake.
• Exposure to large-scale data pipelines, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
