Lead AI strategy, architecture, and implementation across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define AI solution architecture and drive strategy for AI implementation.
• Design and develop advanced machine learning models, deep learning algorithms, and AI frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices for NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Scientists, and Business Analysts to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Deliver technical workshops and train internal teams on AI concepts and tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Expertise in data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI services.
• Knowledge of deploying AI models using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail industries.
• Certification in AI/ML technologies (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer).
